In the desire to prevent misunderstandings, we kindly ask that you become acquainted with the Holiday Conditions at our centres:

• You are requested to write the date and your lodging facility on the money order (under the item payment purpose / "namen plačila").
• An advance is unrefundable, unless a higher force is involved (injury, illness, etc.) In case of justifiable reservation cancelling, you are bound to pay an administrative fee of € 20,00.
• Should the advance not be deposited in due time, the reservation is considered cancelled.
• For reserved but unused days we charge 30% of the daily price.
• You can move into hotel rooms, the Brinje outhouse, bungalows and Terme Villas after 4 pm.
• On the day of departure, the living quarters must be vacated by 10 am.
• Guests taking service of full or half board begin their first meal with dinner (applies to guests of the Rogla centre and the Terme Villas).
